Technically Sound Engineers with Ownership Approach

 

An execution, technical and approach building online/on-site training for frontline engineers and 2nd generation owners with 0 – 5 years of experience.

Know How Schools started its journey of upskilling working on-site engineers, engineering students and architecture students from December, 2018.


Various Trainings That We Offer:


  • iPMT:

    An in-house project management and training, offering upskilling for on-site engineers for optimized working and towards maximized outputs.

    • Industry Ready Civil:

Skilling civil engineering students, graduates via online/ and on-site practical training courses to ensure that our bottom-most as also most important arm of hierarchy, i.e., our junior engineers are delivering the very best.


  • Industry Ready Architecture:

    Skilling of architecture students to make them design considering the various perspectives of by-laws, parking requirements, MEP requirements, structural framing, optimized design, etc.

Till date, we have trained 1500+ working engineers and students pan India and are engaged with multiple clients for iPMT training.

While KHS shall do its best to ensure that the staff is trained in the said areas and continue adhering to the same post-training, it shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, mis happenings on site. Its role and responsibility shall be limited to the “training” of the team.

Project Economics and Financial Management:

Time Value of Money, Discount Rate, Net Present Worth

 

  Topic 4 

 Selection of Construction Materials, Equipment and Machinery:

Alternative Analysis from Owning and Operating Cost Perspective

 

Topic 5  

 Professional Practices in Construction:

Drafting and Reviewing Important Contracts Clauses

 

Topic 6  

 Green Building Considerations in Design and Execution:

Drawing adaptations, Waste Separation and Reuse, Material selections

 

Note: The topics of RCC, finishing, MEP shall be covered taking a 12-16 storied high-rise residential project with basement as reference.
